We have requested to increase our license by one more foster child. That would make us licensed for 5 children total: 2 bio and 3 foster. We had all the paperwork completed the same day our FAD worker sent it to us and turned into her that afternoon because she came out for our quarterly visit. That has been about 2 weeks and we are just waiting for the Re-Eval to come back officially approved since our FAD worker's supervisor already verbally approved us.
We are still on hold with Lil Man and Lil Guy waiting on court Feb 22 with the plan being that they may be going to the Great Aunts home on Feb 25. We will just have to wait and see but I am preparing ourselves that they will be leaving then.....just to not be caught off guard.
Feb 12 will be 9 months that the boys have been placed with us now.

ReplyDeleteWe got our upped from 5 kids total to 6 recently - bedroom-space-wise we are approved for 8, but I told them 5 was it.. and then we decided to up it to 6. lol
