So, Noggin and The Baby’s bio mom and her fiancé moved into their own home last week and I just knew what was coming next. Yep, you guess it, they asked for the kids to come to their home for an extended visit for Christmas. Extended being four or five nights!!!!!!!
Can I just tell you how upset I was when I found out this thought was actually being entertained? My concern is not that the kiddos would not be with us for Christmas but safety. I am hoping that after their home is inspected and all parties (CASA, counselor, and social worker’s supervisor) have been contacted the answer will be no. I am believing in God to shut this door. I could stomach an overnight visit but come on …..four or five nights.
As of today, this moment, as I type this post Carrot Top is spending Christmas with our family.
Please say a prayer for Noggin and The Baby that this visit will not happen. It’s just to much to soon.
