So

Court was over pretty quickly once our case was called today.  Basically Mom is in jail for who knows how long (some seem to think 6 mths to a year).  Dad will get out of prison in October.

The current plan is reunification with Carrot Top remaining in our home.  One Mom and/or Dad are released from jail/prison they will be able to work their service plan from the time of their release until next May when the 12 month time frame will be up for them to work their services.

I expressed again to Carrot Tops case worker that he is welcome in our home as long as he needs us.  We are happy to have him and of course the attachment and love only grows with each day...
