We finally got approval for Big Boy to see a play therapist to address what he told me about his dad cutting him with a knife. He went yesterday and has another visit next Thursday. The play therapist is just hoping that she can learn to understand him when he talks.
She told my husband that she could really see that he has started attaching to him from her observation during there visit. I had to stay at work and did not make this visit:(

wow. savannah just started that too, you saying "she just hopes she can understand him" seems like our problem too.
ReplyDeleteI think he is talking so much better now compared to when he first came but maybe part of the reason is that I have gotten used to him and have become to understand him??? Who knows.
