The home study for Carrot Top's grandma has been completed and she DID NOT PASS. The case worker is trying to set a time to meet with his mom to try to get names of any other interested family members.
We will see what happens from here. I assured the case worker that Carrot Top is welcome to stay with our family as long as he needs us. Poor, poor little guy.....
